Delivering my very last family session of 2021, I couldn't have been more excited that it was in my lovely hometown of Arlington Heights with one of my 2022 wedding couples! Our first stop was North School Park, where the holiday season transforms the park with beautiful Christmas lights, a festive sleigh, a gorgeous Christmas tree, and so much more.

One of my favorite things about downtown Arlington Heights during the holidays is how beautifully everything is decorated. From the festive light displays to the charming storefronts and holiday décor, it's the perfect backdrop for a Christmas family session and one of my favorite places to photograph families throughout the season.

From there, we headed to downtown Arlington Heights to enjoy the light display set up on Campbell Street outside two of my favorite shops, Brackett & Company and Salsa 17 (the absolute best).
