Tara & Katie! Two best friends who bestie'd so hard that they shared their Northwestern University graduation session together. When it comes to Northwestern University, I've been lucky enough to capture not only senior sessions here, but engagements and intimate elopements across the gorgeous campus!
For Tara & Katie's graduation session, we started under the iconic Northwestern arch, followed by portraits in front of the door and ivy-covered walls of The Deering Library. While the bridge offering a view of the Chicago skyline was closed for construction, we found some stunning May blossoms in bloom, perfect for portraits!
I couldn’t have asked for a prettier day in Chicago for Jeremy and Amaris’s Lincoln Park engagement session. Jeremy and Amaris met in grad school in New York before moving to Chicago this year to start new jobs, which is such an exciting chapter for them.
Our first stop for their session was the entrance of Café Brauer overlooking the zoo’s Nature Boardwalk. As we walked through Lincoln Park, we got to know each other more, swapped stories, and I got to share some of my favorite restaurants and experiences around the city! From there, we explored some of my favorite photo spots, including a stunning overlook of the Honeycomb and the Chicago skyline.
