Family sessions take place in your home or at one of my favorite outdoor locations throughout Arlington Heights and the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.

Choose between a full session, a Day in the Life session, or a mini session*. Each session includes a mix of posed and candid images, capturing your family's genuine moments with a documentary-style approach.

When it comes to colorful, fun, and laid back locations filled with multiple backdrop options for family sessions in the summer and fall, Cantigny Park in Wheaton is one of my favorites! I met up with Wendy and her sweet family for a summer family session at Cantigny Park in Wheaton, and we started our Cantigny adventure near the Visitor Center. From there, we explored the Rock & Gravel Garden, one of my favorite spots, the gorgeous display gardens, flowers in bloom for the summer, and some of the quieter tucked-away areas throughout the property that always photograph beautifully in the early afternoon light. The little one was just the CUTEST!

I first met Kim and her husband for their maternity session, and from there have spent each year capturing their family sessions at various locations across the Northwest Suburbs! This year, we decided to try a new location, Lilacia Park, as it's one of my favorite locations for family sessions in Lombard!
