North Shore Family Photographer | Chicago In-Home Family Session

Another beautiful weekend spent with a wonderful family! As much as I love spending time on location for family sessions, home is truly where the heart (and the snacks) is.

There's something so special about in-home family photography. Children are comfortable in their own space, surrounded by their favorite toys, books, and all of the little details that make this season of life so memorable. These sessions always feel relaxed, allowing kids to simply be themselves.

These two cuties were so much fun to photograph! They were all about walks through their neighborhood, snack breaks, and their beloved trucks. True story—when I first began dating my husband, we used to walk down this exact street while grabbing our morning coffee together, so it was fun returning to such a familiar place years later.
